Terrific Show Starter That’s Fun for Everyone at Capone’s Dinner & Show Orlando/Kissimmee

All attractions at some point during your visit give you an option to buy photos of your visit. One way or another attractions are going to get your picture and then employ a sales tactic to get you to buy expensive pictures. If you’ve ever been on a cruise before you have to get your picture taken before boarding. You just want to get onboard and not wait in line for your picture to be taken. Usually it’s not one of the bigger sellers because you’ve waited in a long line and are irritated at being forced into a photo.

Capone’s Dinner & Show makes it fun and easy! Actually Capone’s Dinner & Show employs an independent contractor to perform this important part of your overall experience. Brian Costello is the driving force of the company we outsource the photo operations at Capone’s Dinner & Show.

Brian has operated our photo concesion for fourteen of our over seventeen years of operation at Capone’s Dinner & Show. I am personally impressed with Brian’s brillance at changing with the times. The reason I fired the previous contractor was guest complaints about the photo experience. I have to say that Brian had an edge over all the other contractors as he knew the operation well because at the time Brian was a Capone’s employee.

Now our photo operation is fun, technically advanced and offers different purchase options. Most attraction photos are sold in a low cost way basically art around your photo on a heavy paper is what you typically get for your money. At Capone’s you don’t have to wait in a line to buy should you choose too because we come to you. Even if you don’t buy you will be entertained by the experience.

Included with most packages is a web site where you can share your photos with friends and family and also  have the ability to easily put it on your social web sites such as Facebook. Brian is very creative with unique ways to package your photos and gives you more options. Many of our guests compliment us on the photo experience even if they don’t buy because their gang had fun in the process.

Spotlight Orlando Area Attraction Capone’s Dinner & Show

My obvious choice for dinner shows in the Orlando area is Capone’s Dinner & Show. Capone’s has been my baby since 1992. Me and my management team have provided a guest experience in tune with the times. A lot has changed in that time. Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede came and went as did Tony and Tina’s Wedding. Many other concepts have come and gone. Why does Capone’s Dinner and Show mange to remain relevant in a market that so many have failed, including a concept in Orlando that copied our Speakeasy concept? The single largest reason is our base of repeat business and referrals.

Capone’s has prospered through good times and bad. In 2008 we had ourselves shopped numerous times to help determine areas of weakness and found our food hit and miss. So we hired a new chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine. We also made many upgrades to our facility and did many renovations over the past two years. The theatre looks great plus we added new light and sound systems.

The show is really funny and guest comments have called it a hit. We opened the sequel to the original show in 2007 and while main characters Miss Jewel, Bunny-June, Fingers Salvotorio all return. We have added hysterical new characters including Buggs Moran, Honey & Sunny. There’s a good bit of back and forth between characters, mobsters and our guests.  Flashy new costumes and a totally different note than the original. With out giving up too much I’ll just say you’ll be laughing and singing on the ride home.
