All attractions at some point during your visit give you an option to buy photos of your visit. One way or another attractions are going to get your picture and then employ a sales tactic to get you to buy expensive pictures. If you’ve ever been on a cruise before you have to get your picture taken before boarding. You just want to get onboard and not wait in line for your picture to be taken. Usually it’s not one of the bigger sellers because you’ve waited in a long line and are irritated at being forced into a photo.
Capone’s Dinner & Show makes it fun and easy! Actually Capone’s Dinner & Show employs an independent contractor to perform this important part of your overall experience. Brian Costello is the driving force of the company we outsource the photo operations at Capone’s Dinner & Show.
Brian has operated our photo concesion for fourteen of our over seventeen years of operation at Capone’s Dinner & Show. I am personally impressed with Brian’s brillance at changing with the times. The reason I fired the previous contractor was guest complaints about the photo experience. I have to say that Brian had an edge over all the other contractors as he knew the operation well because at the time Brian was a Capone’s employee.
Now our photo operation is fun, technically advanced and offers different purchase options. Most attraction photos are sold in a low cost way basically art around your photo on a heavy paper is what you typically get for your money. At Capone’s you don’t have to wait in a line to buy should you choose too because we come to you. Even if you don’t buy you will be entertained by the experience.
Included with most packages is a web site where you can share your photos with friends and family and also have the ability to easily put it on your social web sites such as Facebook. Brian is very creative with unique ways to package your photos and gives you more options. Many of our guests compliment us on the photo experience even if they don’t buy because their gang had fun in the process.
