Seating is on a first come first serve basis. Therefore, it is advisable for customers to arrive at least 45 minutes before the show to allow time for parking and check-in. This will also allow them to take part in a great pre-show. The house doors open 1 hour before the show and the great hall will be lined with appetizers and a cash bar. The arena floor will provide games and entertainment for children guided by a host. There will also be an option to see the horses 15 minutes before the show.
