Ticket & Reservation Details
Cancellations:
If you must change the date of the tickets you have purchased online, kindly do so 24 hours in advance of the show your tickets were purchased for. Call the box office at 407-397-2378 to reschedule your reservation. Tickets are non-refundable. See our terms.
Bad Weather Policy:
Flight cancellations? Not a problem! Call "Al" and he will gladly change your ticket reservation date or exchange your tickets for a gift card.*

Ticket Delivery:
Tickets purchased online are not shipped. They are held at our box office and can be picked up from will call just prior to the dinner seating. All online ticket sales must be completed at least 2 hours in advance of the show you are selecting. For parties of 10 or more, or if you have a special need, please call 407-397-2378.
Please note: The earlier you book your online tickets, the better seats you will get. **Please type all requests in the Comment Section of the order form. Be sure to include any special needs, occasions you are celebrating, and if you are not able to climb stairs (the balcony is not open every night, but when it is, some of our best private tables for two are located there, and the upstairs does have its own restrooms). If you are celebrating a special occasion, please provide the NAME(S) and OCCASION.
