Love sports? You’re in luck! Hate sports? You’re in luck! In the next few weeks, there will be no shortage of sporting activities to enjoy in the Orlando area. Consequently, there are plenty of alternatives, which makes this destination so popular for big events.

College bowl games have wrapped up, and the pros are coming to town. The 2024 Pro Bowl Games presented by Verizon will be held at Camping World Stadium on Sunday, February 4, 2024. NFL’s top players will showcase their on-field and off-field skills in unique competitions, and in an action-packed flag football contest.

NFL Pro Games

Did you know? The 2023 Pro Bowl Games were held in Las Vegas and had over 58,000 fans attend the game.

Multiple Athletic Events

If having 88 of the top NFL stars, their families, celebrities, and fans weren’t enough, Orlando will have another group of top athletes in the area. On February 3 the nation’s elite male and female long-distance runners will compete at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Marathon for the chance to represent Team USA at the Olympic Games Paris 2024.

U.S. Olympic Team Trials

If you are coming into town for either of these events, a short visit may not be long enough. Stay a few extra days. There are so many things to do in the Central Florida area. You’re bound to find something of interest for everyone in your group.

Catch This Pro Bowl Game Hit

An offer you can’t refuse… Capone’s Dinner & Show located at 4740 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Parkway (Highway 192) in Kissimmee, FL 34746 appeals to all ages. Sure, there isn’t much sport about it, unless you ask a wise guy. They sure can swing a bat! Their skill level is very convincing if you know what I mean. In addition to that ‘sport’, there is a lot of singing, dancing and audience participation.

This highly recommended Orlando dinner show can easily be scheduled to fit in with your other events. Open every evening except Monday, the experience lasts just under 3 hours. Tickets can be purchased individually or as a group (15+ adults get a great package price). As stated earlier, you’re in luck! Tickets are half-price when purchased online. If you expect a skybox experience*, reserve VIP tickets and have some of the best seats in the house. Capone’s is by far the best bargain of all the area dinner shows. Save some of your souvenir money and pick up a “team jersey” from the gift shop. Various prohibition-era T-shirts are available.

Half-Price Tickets

Free Unlimited Refills – even draft beer

While we’re sure the hot dogs and hamburgers at the stadium or downtown street vendor are tasty, Capone’s serves a delicious 4-course meal. You even get to use silverware. Drinks are unlimited too! The cost of one beer at the stadium? Forget about it! At this joint, even alcoholic beverages are included and are unlimited. See the list of beverages and menu on the website. Mocktails are offered and premium drinks are available if you’ve got some extra clams.

If you’re searching for something fun to do before or after the Pro Bowl Games, be a good sport! Save a night for Capone’s. This Kissimmee/Orlando dinner show has been a hit since 1992 and is a sure bet (unlike the games your money has been put on this season). Race on over, join ‘the family’, and score points with your entire team. They’re sure to have a blast!

*If you want balcony seats, please specify when making your reservation. The balcony is not open every night, but when it is, some of the best seats in the house can be yours!
