Bargain Getaway – An inexpensive date night!

How many times have you searched for an inexpensive date night? Not just a dinner and show or movie, but an entire night away from it all! A true bargain getaway. This is it! Pack your suitcase for a evening away from home with entertainment, dinner, hotel room and breakfast for as little as $100.28!

The Quality Inn in Kissimmee and Capone’s Dinner & Show have teamed up to offer locals and out-of-towners a fantastic bargain one-night vacation. Get away from it all and have a blast! This is a great deal.

If there are only two of you, and you can get away Sunday through Thursday, this vacation package will cost as little as $100.28 (plus a resort charge of $1.13) for one night. You’ll receive 2 adult tickets to Capone’s Dinner & Show and the hotel room which includes a continental breakfast. During the weekend (Friday or Saturday night), the cost is just slightly higher at $103.49. This cost includes tax!

Have a third wheel on date night? For three adults sharing one hotel room, your cost will increase by $32.10. Keep in mind, this includes the ticket to the dinner show, which is regularly priced at $59.99 per adult! If your “third wheel” happens to be your child (3-12), the cost only increases by $21.40. The show is family-friendly and everyone will have a great time.

Check in at the hotel as early as 3pm. Enjoy a swim or relax pool side prior to your date night. Ladies, they have a hair salon on site, if you feel like pampering yourself, make an appointment for a shampoo & style! Since the hotel is just a short cab ride away, take advantage of letting someone else be the designated driver. Sure it will increase the cost of this cheap date, but will be well worth it. Capone’s offers unlimited beverages, including alcoholic beverages and are well-known for keeping your glass from being empty.

Call 1-800-220-8428 and ask about the Bargain Getaway Special. NOTE: This special has been discontinued. We apologize for any inconvenience. You’ll be required to pay for your vacation package up front, but can cancel up to 48 hours prior to your date (before 3pm, 2 days before). You’ll also have to provide the hotel with a credit card for the resort charge ($1.13 per night) upon check-in, which will turn on phone service in your room and act as a security deposit for incidentals. During the holidays, there is a peak rate which will increase the cost slightly. Whether it is a week day, weekend or a holiday, this vacation deal is hard to beat.

Be warned. You may have so much fun on date night, you might want to extend this bargain getaway for more than one night. This deal has taken that into consideration. For only $40.68 you can stretch a great date night into a second consecutive date (without dinner show tickets – hotel room only). This is a fun getaway for married couples celebrating their anniversary or just wanting an evening away from home. Free Admission at Morse Museum

With a new 12,000 square foot expansion opening Saturday, Morse Museum of Art Opens  is now offering Free admission through March 20th, 2011.

Even prior to this new expansion, the Morse Museum  has been known as having one of the premier collections of Louis Comfort Tiffany’s art glass. Tiffany was the creator of the worlds’ best known and most duplicated styles of art glass. After this new expansion to the museum, The Morse Museum of Art will showcase the largest collection of Tiffany glass anywhere. The style is popular still today with many knock-offs available at stores from J.C. Penny’s to high end galleries.

Located on historic and nostalgic Park Avenue the Morse Museum has attained many pieces, and in fact, entire rooms from Tiffany’s historic Long Island home Laurelton Hall. If you love Tiffany Glass take advantage of this free offer and discover the beauty of meticulously recreated rooms from Laurelton Hall which was lost to a fire. The new wing attempts to emulate key areas of the mansion including the dining room – originally an 1,800 square foot behemoth – now is showcased in over 800 square feet. The dining room features the original fire place, some of its furniture and of course many one-of-a-kind Tiffany art pieces from the original dining room. Re-creations also include the Daffodil Terrace, living room and reception hall. Tiffany Glass lovers will rejoice at this one-of-a-kind collection of the late artist’s works.
