Dinner Show News – We’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their great reviews about Capone’s Dinner & Show on TripAdvisor® which has awarded us another Certificate of Excellence! This will mark the 3rd year of winning this award. The first year we were awarded this honor was in 2011 and we’ve repeated every year since! Talk about a repeat performance!

The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence honors select accommodations, attractions, and restaurants that consistently demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence. To be eligible, a business must maintain an overall rating of four or higher (out of five), as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria includes the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

This year we’ve implemented a few improvements that have successfully raised our “hospitality excellence.” The food quality continued to improve, especially with the addition of our fresh salad bar and meat carving station. The salad bar is loaded with favorites and having it separate from the rest of the buffet has sped up our food service. The meat carving station features three selections – steak, turkey and pork, and because it is carved on-the-spot, the meat is fresh, hot and as moist as ever.

Late this summer, by popular demand, our sequel show, “Bugs Creates Chaos” was brought back giving our guests a two-show option. Guests that had seen one show could return to see another, or if they loved one show so much, they could return to see it again and again! The response was well-received and many positive reviews were posted.
