There are plenty of fun things to do in Orlando this weekend. Nothing is in short supply in our area’s theme parks, theaters and musical concert venues. While the gang at Capone’s Dinner & Show welcomes everyone to the best dinner show in Orlando during the evening hours – what is one to do during the day? Well, here are some suggestions:

  • Gatorland is offering Florida residents a special offer of only $9.99 per person.
  • 22nd Annual Lakeridge Winery Harvest Festival with the ever popular annual stomping of the grapes. Read previous post about this event.
  • The Pitmen Painters at the Mad Cow Theatre has a 3:00 p.m. production on Sunday, June 24, 2012 if you’re in the mood for some great theater.
  • Ride a motorcycle? This fund raiser is for you: Poker Run for American Cancer Society, Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Millers Ale House of Hunters Creek.
  • Maybe you’d like to participate in free Fly Casting Lessons. Head over to the Bass Pro Shop on International Drive, Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.

For any evening you are NOT attending Capone’s Dinner & Show, we have the following suggestions for something fun to do in Orlando:

  • Summer Nights at SeaWorld where extra hours of operation allow time for special shows
  • Summer Concert Series at Universal Studios features country music star Josh Turner this weekend at 8:00 p.m.
  • Sounds Like Summer concert at Epcot featuring different artists each evening at the America Gardens Theater.

Have a great weekend Central Florida!
