Capone’s Dinner & Show is not the only Kissimmee attraction that is offering a holiday dinner and a trip down memory lane. The Titanic Exhibition, located on International Drive, is offering guests an opportunity to see what it was like to dine aboard the Titanic by offering a special holiday dinner. For a limited time, visitors can step back in time to the 1900s and take part in a holiday tradition.

Titanic Experience

Eight evenings have been planned for guests to dine with some of Titanic’s most notable passengers. They are held on Friday and Saturday evenings, December 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 22, 26 & 27. Dinner service begins promptly at 6:30 p.m. Unlike Capone’s, where there is plenty of boisterous company and exciting gangster action, dinner aboard the Titanic will be much more sophisticated and refined. If you’re a fan of the popular television series Downton Abbey, you’ll have a pretty good idea of the Edwardian period and its customs. Whether you want to ‘dress the part’ at this dinner, is totally up to you!

While there will not be a 11+ course meal (as was the custom for dinner parties during this era), or a delicious dinner buffet (as with Capone’s), Titanic’s four course meal is sure to be delicious. A first course, main course, dessert course and champagne toast will be served prior to guests being treated to a VIP tour of the Titanic Experience. All decked out in holiday decor, with the sounds of carolers, this Orlando attraction is sure to create plenty of holiday cheer and inspired memories for years to come.

Mixed Greens Salad with cranberries and mandarin oranges with a cranberry vinaigrette dressing.

As with most traditional Edwardian dinners, the invitation is offered to couples, so the pricing for this holiday dinner is for two at $130. You’ll receive dinner, a special guided tour, two audio guides, a holiday ornament and a commemorative photo. Tickets can be purchase at PremierExhibitions.com.

Holiday Dinner for Families and Groups

If you are looking for a holiday dinner that includes your entire gang, be sure to save a night for Capone’s Dinner & Show. Every night through January 1, a special holiday show is being performed. It is perfect for the entire family, and offered at a price (50% off online) which will also take you back in time. Casual dress is encouraged, and you’ll most definitely want to ‘dress the part’ at this dinner attraction. Capone’s makes it easy to add a boa or fedora to your ticket order (use the special discount code and save on your costume). What fun!

If you are looking for a nice holiday dinner out on the town, be sure to check out your options in Orlando. You’ll find plenty of choices, however, very few will take you back in time to the early 1900s. Completely different venues make the Titanic and Capone’s perfect choices, albeit on opposite ends of the spectrum. Why not spend an evening at each? The holiday season is the perfect time to do so.
